Ok, like pulling the band-aid off quickly, I'm just going to say it. I went to an OSU basketball game!And I cheered! For OSU! Now, for all my friends out there (who don't read this anyway) OSU was not playing OU so I feel as though I'm not going to be stoned to death by fellow Sooner fans.
I actually had a really good time and unlike football, I was able to really get into the game and enjoy it. Justin was so excited to show me around his Alma Mater, he was like a kid showing off a new toy. I saw where he worked when he was in college, where he studied (and napped) and we even grabbed a bite and one of his favorite eateries. So, while I may not bleed orange, my heart belongs to a Cowboy and if I have to saddle up my posse and show some Cowboy spirit every now and then, I think the world will continue to revolve.
